Services Disclaimer for SantPix Creative Agency

Effective January 2024

 

Deposit:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate any project. Additionally, all necessary creative assets, logins, and domain information must be provided for the project to commence.

• When the work is related to Website Redesign or SEO inside the customer's account, a 70% deposit of the quoted is required.

• Upon approval and final payment, 100% will be non-refundable.

 

Payment Schedule:

The second payment is due upon project approval. The client has up to 72 hours to finalize payment after project approval. After this time, a 2% late fee will be applied. If payment is not received within 72 hours, SantPix reserves the right to charge an additional 2% per day until full payment is received.

 

Ownership Transfer:

Website & App ownership transfer will be facilitated upon full payment.

Graphic design assets will be provided without watermarks upon project completion and full payment.

 

SEO and Social Media Work:

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as sales, Google ranking, or social media success.

Client Satisfaction:

• We commit to up to five revisions free of charge; afterward, a quote would have to be renegotiated depending on the amount of work required in the revision.

• Only the original scope of work is covered under our revision policy; any additional work outside the scope of work will have a separate charge.

This disclaimer serves as proof that the client acknowledges and understands the terms and conditions outlined herein.

 

Limitation of Responsibility:

We are not responsible for any issues that may arise after the completion and transfer of our work.
